1. Introduction

By accessing or using any services, classes, or events offered by Thrive Studios or Run Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or participating.

2. Participation & Readiness

All participants must complete the required Physical Activity Readiness form and agree to the waiver before taking part in any training sessions, classes, or Run Club events. This is found online when booking via momence.

3. Assumption of Risk

All physical activity carries a degree of risk. Activities at Thrive Studios  may include strength training, cardiovascular work, mobility exercises, yoga, pilates, pregnancy and postnatal sessions, or running - all of which may place stress on the body.

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that your involvement is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

4. Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to take part in Thrive Studios activities, you agree to release and discharge Thrive Studios, its team, and associated venues from any liability for injury, illness, or property damage arising from participation.

You agree to:

  • Take responsibility for your physical condition and suitability for exercise.

  • Inform your instructor of any relevant health issues.

  • Follow all safety instructions.

5. Media Consent

We love celebrating our community. By participating in sessions, you consent to Thrive Studios using any photos or videos taken during classes or events for social media, promotional material, and our website.

If you would prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing before attending.

6. Membership Terms

Memberships and class packages form a contract between you and Thrive Studios. By purchasing any plan, you confirm that:

  • You’ve read the full membership details.

  • You agree to be bound by the terms outlined here.

7. Cancellations & Waitlists

Many sessions have limited spaces. We use a waitlist and fair-use cancellation policy to ensure access for all.

Please cancel in good time if you can't attend. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the loss of that session or booking priority.

8. Gift Vouchers

Thrive Studios gift vouchers are available in digital and printed formats, redeemable against all services - including classes, workshops, memberships, and treatments.

Voucher Terms:

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Partially redeemable - remaining balance can be used later within the validity period.

  • Non-refundable, but may be transferred to another recipient.

  • Issued manually via email upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Expiry extensions may be granted under special circumstances, at the studio’s discretion or as agreed at time of purchase.

  • No blackout dates or restrictions unless stated at issue.

9. Payment & Billing

All payments must be made in advance of attending any class or event. For memberships or recurring plans:

  • You are responsible for ensuring payment details are up to date.

  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.

10. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join the session – especially if the warm-up has already begun. This is for your safety and to avoid disruption to others.

11. Health & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Letting instructors know about any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy.

  • Working within your own limits and stopping if you feel unwell.

We’re here to help, but only you know how your body feels.

12. Data Protection

We use your personal details to:

  • Manage memberships and bookings

  • Process payments and maintain safety records

  • Contact you with service updates or marketing (if opted in)

  • Fulfil legal and safeguarding responsibilities

We never share your information unless required by law or medical emergency. You can contact us to update your details or change how we contact you.

13. Complaints & Feedback

We aim to provide a positive, inclusive and supportive environment. If something isn’t right, please let us know via emailing hello@wearethirvestudios.com and we’ll aim to resolve it promptly and fairly.

14. Changes to Terms

Thrive Studios may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

15. Final Confirmation

By registering, purchasing a service, or participating in any Thrive Studios session or treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
