While our roots are in yoga, we also offer opportunities to diversify your practice with Pilates, and our signature strength based classes of Power and Energise. Our thoughtfully curated schedule spans across two studios spaces and provides classes seven days a week, guided by our talented team of teachers. We look forward to creating a welcoming space for you.
