Ellie White
Ellie teaches a range of classes at the studio: Tues 9:30 & 19:00 Thurs 18:30 & 19:45 Ellie started dancing from the age of three and decided to train professionally to follow a career in Dance and Musical Theatre. Ellie tore a tendon in her hip ending her career and changing the trajectory of her life. Already enrolled in her Yoga Teacher Training, she now had the added complication of doing it whilst severely injured. Although difficult, this was a benefit, as it allowed her to comprehend how each body is completely different and how yoga is so accessible to everyone. Ellie's teaching grew during Covid whilst she was offering online classes, of both yoga and Tone & Sculpt. In 2021 Ellie started teaching yoga in PE as part of a more diverse sports department at Heathfield School, followed by LVS Ascot, Woldingham and Old Palace of St Johns Whitgift. She has diversified to teaching Flourishing an innovative mental health and wellbeing programme part of the curriculum at Heathfield aiming to promote positive education. Ellie created Chillz a yoga inspired wellbeing programme for Kidztivity and is currently in training to be a Positive Psychology Coach. Ellie's main aim is for exercise to create joy and to learn the incredible strength that the body has if treat it with kindness and build that that connection with the mind!

Millie Doherty
Millie teaches Feel Good Vinyasa on Wednesdays at 6:30pm My yoga journey began in 2021 after leaving university, and multiple reasons, I frequently found myself burning out. While my initial attraction to yoga was rooted in its physical benefits, it soon led me down a path of greater self-awareness and regulation. In 2023, I travelled to Bali to complete my 200-hour teacher training, where I deepened my own practice and discovered my passion for teaching others. In my classes, you can expect a blend of fluid movement and mindfulness, with the occasional mix-up when it comes to your lefts and rights. One thing you’ll often hear me say is, "Come back to your breath," as I believe it’s the best way to connect the mind and body through meditative movement. Ultimately, my goal when teaching is to help others find their own path to greater inner peace by sharing the insights and practices that have been so transformative in my own life.

Emilie Proment
Emilie teaches Flow to Restore on Fridays at 6:15pm I’m a yoga teacher and practitioner with a passion for movement and mindfulness, which keeps me an eternal student. Originally from Paris, I’ve lived in London for over a decade, teaching yoga for more than five years and practicing for over ten. Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for many years, leading a busy life filled with travel. However, I eventually felt lost and needed to find my purpose again. A three-month sabbatical in Bali helped me realize what I wanted more and less of in my life. Slowing down during that time sparked a deep passion for helping others discover their truth and purpose through yoga. I teach and practice yoga as part of my journey to awakening and healing, and I invite my students to join me on this path. I believe that people need to truly see themselves, and my goal is to facilitate this through yoga, meditation, and breathwork. It brings me immense joy to assist my students on their unique journeys, helping them achieve their personal goals through yoga. We travel this path together, side by side, teaching and learning from one another. The connection yoga provides to our bodies, breath, and the present moment is incredibly powerful. This power helps me connect with my purpose, which is to liberate myself and inspire others to do the same. At my core, I fundamentally believe that we all deserve happiness and freedom. The practice of yoga is essential for me in experiencing that happiness and freedom.

Ale Del Centina
Ale teaches a warm Dynamic Vinayasa on Sunday mornings at 9am. I am a 500hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher, enamoured with life and passionate about bringing healing, beauty and positive transformation to the world around me. Despite having lived in the London area for the last decade, my roots are buried deep into the Tuscan countryside and the hills surrounding Florence, where I grew up, and my family lives to this day. My passion for movement and artistic expression began at the age of 4, when I started studying classical ballet with the Royal Academy of Dancing, an endeavour that lasted twenty years. The physical and mental strength, flexibility, discipline and resilience I developed through my early years were catalysts in my initiation to the yogic path in 2013. I developed my yoga practice in the most prestigious studios in the United Kingdom, and acquired my YTT in the Sacred Valley (Peru) studying with Daya Nimai Das (Andean School of Yoga) and Ann Averbach (Divinitree). During this period of profound personal growth, I was introduced to several holistic disciplines, from Ayurveda, TCM, and Thai massage, all of which I consider incredible tools for healing. My asana practice is fun, creative and engaging, with plenty of stronger options for the playful yogis around me. I make it my mission to sprinkle some extra special energy in my classes, whilst maintaining a level of artistry. In fact, I see yoga as a dancing meditation.

Jo Porter
Jo teaches a Hot Dynamic Vinayasa on Tuesday lunchtimes at 12pm. I have been teaching vinyasa yoga for over 10yrs, rooted in and inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa; a practice that serves the innate intelligence within nature and ourselves, through a creative, embodied and breath lead practice. I love to integrate not only asana but astrology, philosophy, ayurveda, mudra, pranayama & meditation into my classes, in relevant ways for modern day yogis. Always rooted in a clear intention, my classes are carefully designed to provide a fun and challenging experience that is accessible. I teach using intelligent, creative and progressive sequencing that will leave you feeling more connected, empowered and uplifted overall.

Tara Clark
Tara teaches Core Vinyasa on Wednesdays at 11am It was in my early 30’s in this fast moving ever-changing commercial world that we live in where things were starting to take a toll on me. I was always feeling tired, anxious and run down! Having always been the active type as well nothing seemed to work for me anymore, I decided to go to a professional yoga studio and give a class a go. I will never forget my first yoga class, though I had to just sit for part of it! It was an absolute revelation – even after my first class, I could feel that my body felt re-energised and my mind felt calmer. I was instantly curious.. I began to go more and more overtime feeling and seeing so many benefits and to this day I still do. My body has grown in strength and become more flexible alongside this my mind is clear, calm and focused. My practice and passion have never left me, and I progressed with my studies and completed my Teacher Training. I am a 500hr Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher teaching in London and surrounding areas since 2017 Yoga is a discipline – it is a slow but true honest medicine for your whole being – it is a journey that I have truly fallen in love with – yoga and its many facets are infinite. What I know is that without our BREATH we have nothing. Lineage: Tirumalai Krishnamacharya
